Terms of service
English translation, provided for convenience. The binding version of this document is the Spanish original: in case of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails.
1 · What NeuraGex is
NeuraGex is a tool for analyzing options positioning on indices (SPX), offered as an online subscription at app.neuragex.com. It shows measurements, structures and readings generated by the system. It is not financial advice: it does not issue investment recommendations, does not execute trades and guarantees no outcome whatsoever. The decision to trade — and its risk — is always yours. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
2 · Account
To use the service you need an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for whatever happens under your session. The service limits the number of simultaneous sessions per account; opening an additional session may close the oldest one, and the system tells you when that happens.
3 · Plans, prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes: the price you see is the total you pay, wherever you are.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle is the party that sells you the subscription, issues the tax receipt and appears as PADDLE on your card statement. NeuraGex does not receive or store your card details.
4 · Trial period
The subscription begins with an 8-day trial period of the chosen plan (TERRAIN Core or TERRAIN Pro). A card is requested at the start, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before day 9, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, the first charge is made automatically when the trial ends; we notify you by email at least 48 hours in advance, with the amount and the date.
5 · Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for periods equal to the one purchased. You can cancel at any time from your account; the details of effects and refunds are in the refund policy.
When a subscription ends, your account is not deleted: you keep access to your account and your history; what stops being served is the live data. You can request deletion of your account under the privacy notice.
6 · Acceptable use
- The subscription is personal: do not resell, sublicense or share access.
- Do not extract data in an automated way or redistribute the system's measurements or readings as your own service.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the service.
Serious or repeated breach allows us to suspend or terminate the account.
7 · Intellectual property
The software, the visualizations, the reading doctrine and the NeuraGex marks belong to NeuraGex. The subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use while it is active.
8 · Availability and changes
We work to keep the service continuously available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on third-party data sources and providers. When a data point is delayed or missing, the system declares it in the interface instead of disguising it. We may modify the product and these terms; substantial changes are announced with reasonable advance notice by email or in the product.
9 · Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraGex is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the service, and its total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited.
